Village Meetings Online

Instructions

Instructions for attending Village meetings online:

On your computer, go to Zoom.us and join a meeting.

On a cell phone, download the free Zoom app. Once you have the app you can open it and join meetings.

Either way, join by entering the Zoom meeting ID number.

             Meeting ID:  889 0296 1300

            Password:     380778

Note: These numbers are unchanged from the last meeting. This is not an error.

We will be returning to “zoom” meetings until further notice.

This platform will allow public comment by either the chat function or by raising your hand at the appropriate time in the meeting (public comment).

You can call into the Village office on the day of the meeting to get the login information for each meeting.

This will be the procedure for all public meetings (Village Board, Planning Board, Zoning Board, etc.)

We will try to get agendas and Zoom meeting numbers online well in advance of our meetings moving forward.
