First Baptist Church

In 1896, this Romanesque Revival style church of Esperanza blue marble constructed by A.M. Waite of Round Lake and J.C. Fuller of Stillwater replaced an earlier Baptist church seen in early post cards at the head of Front Street. A major addition was constructed in 1996.
