NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Ballston Spa on May 23, 2022 at 7:01 p.m. at the Ballston Spa Public Library, located at 21 Milton Avenue, Ballston Spa, New York for the purpose of considering the adoption of Local Law No. 1 of 2022.  If adopted, Local Law No. 1 of 2022 would add a new Chapter 175 entitled “Sidewalk Cafes, Outdoor Dining and Sidewalk Sales.” Written comments on Local Law No. 1 of 2022 can be submitted to the Village Clerk up and through the time of the public hearing.  A copy of proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2022 can be obtained at the Village Hall and on the Village’s website.
